Rustic Oak is known for its unique charm, and as such, it may not have a perfectly smooth or uniform finish. The imperfections, knots, cracks and variations in colour and texture should not be confused with poor craftsmanship and are all part of the natural character to achieve an organic look that makes each piece special.

While every care is taken during the manufacturing and finishing of this furniture, further imperfections such as additional surface cracks may occur over time. This is unavoidable and will not compromise the structural integrity of your furniture in any way.

In order to obtain a very natural surface finish, our Rustic Oak furniture is finished with an environmentally friendly water-based coating. Unfortunately these coatings are not 100% stain resistant and do require more careful use. It is thus recommended that spills be cleaned up immediately and not be left on the surface for prolonged periods.
